Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing

All orders are processed after payment confirmation and final design approval. Business days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.

2. Delivery Timeline

• Prototype Packaging Samples: 2–5 business days
• Printed Packaging Products: 5–12 business days
• Website & Software Deliverables: As per project agreement
• Digital Design Files: Usually within 24–72 hours after approval

3. Shipping Coverage

ANOROT ships products throughout India and supports selected international destinations. Shipping availability depends on courier service coverage.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on product dimensions, weight, destination and delivery method. The applicable shipping fee will be shown before order confirmation.

5. Tracking Information

Once your order is dispatched, a tracking ID will be shared via WhatsApp, Email or SMS whenever applicable.

6. Delayed Deliveries

Delivery timelines may be affected by weather conditions, courier delays, festivals, natural disasters or unforeseen logistical issues. ANOROT is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier partners.

7. Damaged Shipment

If your package arrives damaged, please notify ANOROT within 48 hours with clear photos of the packaging and product. We will investigate and provide an appropriate resolution.

8. Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. ANOROT cannot guarantee successful delivery if an incorrect address or contact number is submitted during checkout.

9. Digital Services

Website development, software, branding and digital marketing services are delivered electronically through secure online channels and do not require physical shipping unless specifically agreed.
