3. Quotations & Payments

• All quotations remain valid for the specified validity period.
• Projects begin after the agreed advance payment is received.
• Remaining payments follow the approved project milestones.
• Taxes are charged as applicable under Indian law.

4. Intellectual Property

All website content, software, graphics, branding, source code and creative assets developed by ANOROT remain the intellectual property of ANOROT until full payment has been completed, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate project information.
• Submit content and approvals on time.
• Ensure ownership of supplied logos, images and trademarks.
• Review deliverables before final approval.

6. Project Timeline

Estimated delivery dates depend on timely client approvals and required resources. Delays caused by pending feedback or additional scope requests may extend the project schedule.

7. Limitation of Liability

ANOROT shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of its website or services, including third-party hosting, payment gateways or external integrations.

8. Third-Party Platforms

Projects may integrate services such as payment gateways, cloud hosting, Google services, WhatsApp or other APIs. Their availability and policies are governed by the respective providers.

9. Termination

ANOROT reserves the right to suspend or terminate services in cases of fraudulent activity, non-payment, abuse or violation of these Terms & Conditions.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
